Information you send us

When you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, organization, email address, phone number, state, the service you are interested in and your message. We use them only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss our services with you. Submissions are stored in our website’s administration area and emailed to our team.

Please do not include health information about any client or patient in the form or in email to us.

Website analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how the site is used. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect your name or contact details. It also counts anonymous actions, such as clicks on certain links, without recording anything you type into a form. It records the pages viewed, the referring site, your browser and device type and your approximate location (country or region). We look at this only in aggregate, to improve the site, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies and web fonts

The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets functional cookies only for logged-in administrators. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them, as it would on most websites.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and email (our web host and Microsoft 365), or when the law requires it.

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below.
